Independent Infrastructure for Enterprise CI/CD

TestPR was founded by systems engineers to solve the bandwidth, latency, and reliability bottlenecks inherent in large-scale distributed compilation and artifact distribution.

The Engineering Mission

Modern software build pipelines require continuous movement of multi-gigabyte binary assets: LLVM toolchains, precompiled C++ modules, Bazel remote cache digests, and container root filesystems.

Standard cloud CDNs are optimized for small web assets and video streaming, often imposing aggressive throttling, high egress markups, or unpredictable cache evictions on raw binary tarballs.

TestPR builds and maintains purpose-built edge Point of Presence (PoP) clusters with physical NVMe storage arrays, direct IXP peering, and protocol engines optimized for high-throughput HTTP/2 and QUIC transport.

Core Operating Principles

1. Verifiable Cryptographic Lineage

Every chunk deposited into our content-addressable storage is verified against its SHA-256 digest at the ingress gateway. Corrupt or modified bytes are rejected at line-rate.

2. Physical Carrier Independence

We deploy in carrier-neutral colocation facilities and maintain bilateral peering sessions at premier European and North American Internet exchanges to avoid transit monopolies.

3. Minimal Software Overhead

Edge nodes run stripped, hardened Linux kernels with zero bloatware, leveraging native epoll and asynchronous IO to serve unthrottled byte streams.
