Commitment to data minimization, technical confidentiality, and regulatory compliance under GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
1. Data Minimization by Design
TestPR operates strictly as a business-to-business infrastructure provider. We do not track individual consumers, utilize persistent profiling cookies, or collect marketing analytics across our edge nodes.
2. Operational Telemetry & Server Logs
In the course of providing routing and content delivery services, our ingress edge gateways log technical transaction metadata:
- Client IP address and ASN routing tag
- HTTP method, resource digest URI, and status code
- Byte count transferred and response duration
- Cryptographic authentication key identifier (truncated)
These logs are processed strictly for network security monitoring, rate-limit enforcement, and DDoS mitigation.
3. Log Retention & Disposal
Raw ingress traffic logs are retained in encrypted rotating memory buffers for a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days, after which they are permanently overwritten. Aggregated metrics contain zero identifying IP data.
4. Data Subject Rights & Regulatory Inquiries
Enterprise customers or authorized data protection representatives may submit data verification inquiries to our Network Operations Center at noc@test-pr.space.
